A height converter is the whole of what we do here: it converts height between feet and inches, centimeters and meters and shows how the figure compares to growth percentiles and published averages. There is no account to create, no email to hand over, and no paywall hiding behind the third advert.
Why this site exists
There is no shortage of health and body-composition tools online; what is scarce is one that respects your time. A small, honest tool beats a sprawling page that buries the answer under advertising.
The method behind it
The calculation happens in your browser, not on a server. Specifically, it converts through a single base unit — centimeters — so a feet-and-inches entry and a meter entry land on the same value, then looks the height up in growth-reference percentile tables. The method is documented rather than concealed, so you can reproduce a result by hand and see exactly where any difference comes from.
Privacy by default
Privacy here is a property of the design, not a promise: the height you enter never leaves your browser, because the calculation runs there. There is no server to receive it, no store to hold it, and no third party with access to it.
